With a strong training from the Army & the grilling of over 35 years of comprehensive experience in Operations & Administration, Captain Sridhar is the pride of Amel. His expertise lies in getting operations going ‘ground-up’ irrespective of the geographies, terrain and resources availability. With a keen interest in Social Entrepreneurship coupled with the knowledge gained from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, he paves the way for those who wish to take up this path.

He has a Versatile experience in establishing Greenfield ventures, mapping operations & procedures, developing & implementing new strategies, he can handle small and big projects with equal ease.
A star from Indian Army, his corporate work experience spans across Times of India, State Bank of India, & GEMS, Dubai.
His quest for knowledge and ever learning spirit, he is pursuing his doctoral program and already published few papers with national & international publications.
