A Marketing and Communication Professional, Urvashi Baid is an entrepreneur with diversified body of work & an accomplished academician. An IIM Alumnus, her work experience spans over 21 years, with brands like Carrier Aircon, Voltas, Big FM & Daikin Air-conditioning, CoWE, Vishal Projects – to name a few.

With a panache for building brands, she has helped her clients with strategizing and streamlining their business processes. Her strength lies in Market Outreach & Go To Market. With an inbuilt flair for building businesses, she ideates, strategies and executes with tangible results. With strong articulatory skills, she has contributed to all forms of media including Newspaper , Radio, Television & now Digital by writing articles and giving programs.

Urvashi is actively engaged in training, mentoring and coaching with Govt. of India for Bureaucrats, Civil Servants, for Directors with MES, Officers of State Government, with the Ministry of Education for mentoring University Deans & Professors, with various Institutes & Corporates at various levels. She has been part of various Incubators for mentoring StartUps.

A Green warrior and a social cause champion, Urvashi is a Goonj volunteer for Hyderabad. She has spearheaded numerous waste management campaigns and donation drives at the community level & worked at ground level to impact more than 20,000 individuals. She has a dedicated YouTube channel for the same. Her efforts in the field were acknowledged by CII when they awarded her with the ”Unsung Hero Award” in 2018 for her work.
